Once you click on the button above, a file called “Remote Support” will download on your computer.
If you are using Google Chrome, it will appear in the lower left hand corner of your screen.
If using Microsoft Edge, it will ask you to run the file at the bottom middle of your screen.
If you are using Firefox, you will need to click on the down arrow in the top right hand side of your screen, then click on and run the “Remote Support” download.
