Our commitments

All reports are handled as confidentially as possible, and retaliation is not tolerated.

We treat people right

  • No discrimination, harassment, bullying, or retaliation, ever.
  • Provide reasonable accommodations and keep our workplace safe and secure.
  • Respect personal data and privacy rights.
  • No illegal drugs or working while impaired; alcohol only at approved events and always responsibly.

We protect data

  • Handle customer, employee, and company information with care; share only on a need‑to‑know basis.
  • Use approved tools; avoid personal or disappearing‑message apps for company business.
  • Report suspected data loss or security incidents immediately.
  • Keep devices that access company systems secured and up to date.

We use company resources responsibly

  • Company assets are for business use; limited personal use is fine if it doesn’t interfere with work or security.
  • No misuse of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material.
  • Be professional online; don’t disclose confidential information on social media.

We avoid conflicts of interest

  • Disclose outside work, investments, board roles, or close relationships that could affect (or appear to affect) your judgment.
  • Don’t be on both sides of a transaction or influence decisions that involve family/close friends or your own outside business.

Gifts, travel & entertainment

  • Keep it reasonable and business‑appropriate; never cash or cash equivalents.
  • Follow any required pre‑approvals and stricter rules for public‑sector contacts.
  • Don’t give or accept anything to influence a decision or gain an unfair advantage.

Zero tolerance for bribery and corruption

  • Never offer, request, or accept bribes, directly or through third parties.
  • Work only with partners and suppliers who share our standards.

Accurate records & responsible finance

  • Use company funds only for legitimate business purposes and record them accurately and on time.
  • Follow expense and procurement policies; get approvals before work starts.
  • No “off‑book” funds, “side letters,” or “soft” bookings.

Fair competition & other legal duties

  • Compete fairly, no price‑fixing, market‑sharing, or other anticompetitive practices.
  • Never trade (or tip others to trade) on material, non‑public information.
  • Respect copyrights and licenses when using third‑party content or software.
  • Follow export/import, sanctions, and anti‑money‑laundering rules.

Managers set the tone

  • Lead by example, foster open dialogue, and act quickly on concerns.
  • Approve transactions only when policy requirements are met.

Quick check before you act

  • Is it legal and within policy?
  • Is it consistent with our values and good for stakeholders?
  • Would you be comfortable seeing it on the news?
